Ive been experieancing stomach pains all day that ranges from bareable to excruciating. Ive taken tylenol and even pepto, its only alliveated when I lie down. Is there anything else I should do aside from going to the ER

You can try all kinds of stuff but without the diagnosis you could be wasting your time

Excruciating pain would definitely indicate a trip to the ER. We really can't tell you what's causing this "excruciating" pain, and recommending remedies could put you at greater risk.

It's up to you, but if it were me, I'd be heading to the hospital.

It turned out to b kidney stones after going to the ER and having them run several tests and a CT scan
