Where/what are the law(s) governing the notice of lot rent increase.
I own my trailer. The trailer park manager had delivered a notice on the 15th of July for a 22 percent increase for the first of August of the same year. I have been searching for how much notice he is suppose to give. What are the resources, remedies and links for getting official information? Lot rent was $180 per month and the increase is $220 per month. This followed on top of a new blacktopping project done in the trailer park.

Such laws vary by state. We would have to know what state or country you are in, to answer your question.

Generally they can't increase rent until first year lease is up. After that they can unless you stay on a year to year. Like AK said the length of notice depends on state. Many district courts say the rental laws do not matter if it says something different in your lease.
