Some of the lights are on so there is power but the START button will not function and washer will not turn on. STA button will not light up and start machine. Anyone had this problem?

You may need to check the circuit board with a meter and pull it apart where the start button is located and see if water has gotten into it and deposited material that is keeping it from making electrical contact when button is pressed. Cleaning it may cure the problem.
