In emiddle school my finger was slammed in a locker minutes later I passed out-ever since then I can't handle any kind of blood, cuts, any kind of gross things. But it's not only seeing things, during a class discussion about the Holocaust victims in Auschwitz I got really light headed and almost passed out. Any time I would get a shot I would pass out too. Now in the car stopping and speeding up quickly I get that same sick feeling only not as bad. I just want to know how I can try to make it go away at least a little bit. Any suggestions would be very helpful!

I found that for myself at.least the more anemic I am the lower my tolerance for pain and blood, ----
