If someone is an illegal immigrant who got arrested for a dui, how can the judge lower my bond and what r the chances?

The amount of your bail bond was set by the judge and you want it lowered?

I am familiar with that term, however, as an attorney you know the term you applied is prejudicial. Not all illegal immigrants are "undocumented democrats."
