I want to leave my husband but he said to leave but leave the kids behind,because it's their house so they have to stay... is it true?

Please elaborate? How old are you two? How old are your children? How many children? Why are you leaving? Do you work? What state do you live in?

Also, you can't just take the children if nothing bad happened to them, neither can he. This is where attorneys come in.

Two kids 5 y old and 9months, I want leave because its not working he is to controlling, don't help enough with the kids don't buy them anything(cloths, shoes, bb milk, etc) I do work full time... I live in Chicago, il
