How do I change the set points on the thermostat - can't get cool to go below 70

Why would you want it below 70? You would need a really big AC to cool a house to that temp in the summer if you have a lot of sun load. Setting a thermostat much below room temp doesn't cool off a room faster.

Home inspector made a point of thermostat not going below 70 - he implied the unit may need repair. I've never attempted to set below 70 - and need to know how to adjust set points to show it will.

Online manual states "check installed setup numbers 34 and 35 and reconfigured the setup points ".
