Hi we have a sloan Flush mate toilet we bought about 2 years ago at first it flushed really good but now you have to flush it two or three times just to get the paper down what do I need to do to fix the Problem?

There is probably some obstruction in the drain that is preventing a good siphon from forming. You won't enjoy this part but inspect the thumb sized hole at the base of the sump. Yet with your finger, fish around to be sure there is nothing in it. You may have to remove the toilet to see if the wax ring has been installed correctly. It could be squishing over part of the drain. Enjoy
