Husband suffers from bipolar disorder and is currently irrational. I have a 21year old son going to school to be a Dr and working that lives with us and our children. My husband got into a disagreement with him and my son threw it up to him that he does everything around the house and my husband does nothing. The end. Now, my husband wants him out unless he gets an apology? I'm a reck. He's a good kid. How to handle this situation.

If you own the house, your husband cannot sue your son to evict him. You would have to do that.

Write up an 'arrangement' with your son saying he will (list everything in detail)he does... chores, financial help, etc... then talk to your husband about the advantages like listing him on tax forms as a dependent... Tell him you can't handle doing everything so does he want the added burden. Maybe having it all out there for him to see might make a difference.
