Absence of period for 11 months I'm only 19 y/o and not sexually active
I'm 19 y.o and I haven't had my period for 11months:( I started having period at the age of 16 and even before its so irregular. Sometime I'm 2-6months delayed but now is the longest for 11 months. When I was 6months delayed I consulted to an obgyne and did some ultrasound.the dr said that nothing is wrong its just that my ovary is still immature.is my case normal?:( I'm worried if this condition may lead to inferrtility:(

That use to happen to a girl I knew in high school. Her problem was an iron deficiency. Check with your doctor.

Some women have very abnormal periods all their lives. At the age of 19, if your doctor says not to worry, then don't worry. Stress can throw off your period too.

My mom sometimes only had one period a year, very irregular. Now, she did have issues conceiving, but it had very little to do with her irregular period, it was a condition brought about by a ruptured appendix when she was 19. It screwed up her fallopian tubes.

Long story short, she needed help to conceive, and eventually she did. That was more than 40 years ago. The advancements in medicine today, blow away what medicine knew back then.

    Trust your doctor.
