My 4 yr old dauaghter had a temp of 101.8 at midnight so I gave her some tylenol and at 1am her temp was 103 what should I do next

Time to take her to the hospital. That's a very high temperature, and since it's not going down with medication, there's obviously something going on that needs to be addressed immediately.
