Lump on skin with hard round base, unknown origin.
Pain is light, it is at the top of my shoulder. Large red lump, about as round as a 50 cent piece. The round base is under the skin. Any help would be grately appreciated.. I'm 48 years old

Time to see a dermatologist. We can't diagnose here.
