Hello. My cat seems in labor but things are not going right, I assume. She is bleeding some drops from the backs between each hour. After 24 hour, she is still the same and she is sleeping and seems relaxing. I was checking her belly few minutes ago, I can still feel the kittens are moving in her belly like before. Is this normal or this usually happens before she gets into labor?

If she is relaxed and not pacing and howling, she is probably fine. Leave her alone or she will deliberately prevent or stop labor. Make sure she has a big flat box with bedding (her "nest") and fresh water and food

Well she didn't delivers, they are all dead because they are not moving anymore they are just a solid rock in her belly. She is still bleeding every hour few blood drops. The problem is she is not my cat, she just come everyday to eat then the rest of the day she disappears. After the last time I wrote she disappears for 3 days and nights. Today I recognized that she is still bleeding. I can feel her belly is shaking like when she is delivering but nothing happen more than a drop of blood. Can any one tell me what can I do for her if she came today. And could she deliver her dead kitten without any surgery? Just a note: Last time she was pregnant she wasn;t able to deliver also but there was no blood or anything she just wasn't able to deliver and I took her to the only vet in my city and he made a surgery called " cezarienne". Please I need a fast response to know if I can do anything to her I don't want her to die.

You are going to have to take her to the vet again and she will have another cesarean again. Make sure she gets spayed this time so she doesn't get pregnant again. If the dead kittens in her don't get removed, she will die.

She will die if she does.t get help. If you can't afford a vet maybe the human society can give you some ideas of cheap or free clinics

It's expensive but I can pay it. Last time I paid 450$ for her surgery. I think you are talking about the human society and the free clinics in your country. I live in Lebanon and here unfortunately they don't care for animals

Oh, then you would have to pay. I watched a cat like that die, it was horrible, the dead babies came out and she literally exploded like a balloon.

You need to take her in, without your help she will likely die. The fact that she could not deliver the first time does not bode well for her. The offer to have her spayed along with the c-section should have been made before. I would definitely have her spayed now and prevent this from happening again.

Yes, she was spayed too. Before starting the surgery he told me that she should be spayed too. I am not sorry for not seeing her having kittens again. All I care of now is to see her in good health. I have mentioned before that this cat is not a home cat, she comes to my garden everyday to eat and stay in my room for some time but she can't stay more than 4 or 5 hours because she has her own life out there. Now I am doing my best to keep her in my room. I have purchased a litter box and food because I cannot let her go outside before 10 days as the vet told me that her wound will be healed in 10days

I'm glad she was spayed too. Now, a bit of advice from a long-time cat lover -- please turn her into an indoor cat. She will live a much longer and healthier life because of it. She does not "need" to be outdoors. You can give her a rich and interesting life indoors.

I have rescued feral and stray cats for the past 25 years and brought them indoors to my home or have adopted them out through my local cat shelter. When the front door is open, no one rushes to escape. In fact, one even whispered to me, "Please don't make me go out there ever again."

And cats nap/sleep about 16 hours a day and love to sit in sunny windows and doze. I fold up an old towel on a sill, and one of my rescues (Kuro) is zonked out right now on the window sill just to my right. He wakes up now and then to check out dog owners walking by with their dogs and to see which birds are flitting around in a nearby bush. In my next life, I want to be one of my cats.
