Hi we had Brown out and now refrigerator will not run in the control panel does not light up. The light inside of the fridge comes on. What should look at?

One may have something on it. It sounds like a fuse blown which could be on the main circuit board. A low voltage situation would cause the amperage to go up. This is something we need to all get used to if Obama gets his way to close coal powered power plants. It will be common to have outages like they do in India after they were tricked into closing their coal power plants and relying on wind and solar.
