My Girlfriend had an abortion on Thursday, We had sex on Friday after, I pulled out. Saturday we had Sex twice and I pulled out once the other time cam inside her. Sunday we had sex twice and I cam inside here both times. Monday she went to doctor and got the birth control shot. (no sex monday). Tuesday we had sex twice and I cam inside both times. Could she get pregnant in that time.

Yes, good possibility. But why, couldn't you lay off until she was settled with a because system, you didn't have condoms? Seems you didn't have much respect for the situation.

How old are the both of you ?

Use your noggin... if you are TRYING to get her pregnant (and by your words you really are trying hard)... exactly WHY did she get an abortion in the first place? Are you aware of how this sounds.

Hope she doesn't get an infection. She was supposed to refrain from sex for up to 6 weeks, not 6 hours.

Yes, she could very well be pregnant again.

Why did she have the abortion if you two are actually trying to have a baby?

Tickle She wanted the sex, I wanted to wait 2 weeks like I was told. I am not a pig. I am 37 she is 28. I also did not ask for the abortion, I am a dad of 2 kids. She wanted it. About condoms, I will give you that I am stupid when it comes to condoms. She did get the shot Monday.

Now can I ask how could it be a good possibility, She told me there is no chance of getting pregnant after abortion cause her body still thinks she is pregnant. She did get the shot on Monday. Can an egg drop that quick.

And with the shot she said it works that day.

Well, Birth control takes time to become effective... its not like a light switch, its not instantaneous. At 37 I would have thought you knew this already.

Think of it this way... she gets pregnant again... decides to have it... you break up at some point... you will be on the hook for the next 18+ years of child support.

This is not the sort of thing you want to be taking so casually.

And incidentally... The shot... the pill.. condoms... IUD... none of them are 100% effective.

We were not trying to have a baby. But if she did get pregnant again I did tell her she is keeping it. She was susposed to keep up on birth control. Not me.

At your ages you both should know more about bodily functions.

The shot does not work immediately.

You and her should be worried about infection as her cervix was still open.

I am not a doctor I am bad with medical things. But she told me the shot works right away that it does something to her muscles.

She's an idiot. The depo shot is intramuscular, it's a shot in her muscle, but it does nothing to her muscles in general.

You can't dictate whether she keeps the baby if she gets pregnant again. It's her body, not yours.

I can't believe you said that at 37 years old!

Dude... one guy to another... listen to what we said here... knock her up and you are going to be at least 56 before the child support payments would end. You will be 60 in a state that makes you pay for half of college along with support to 21.

You aren't going to have a dime in the bank for retirement. And no time left to do it. Even if you do stay together and raise it.

And like was said... you don't get a decision in it once the pregnancy occurs..

And take a class on human reproduction... you really need to know these things. Its never too late to learn them.

And as J_9 said... expect serious medical bills if she ends up with an infection by not waiting long enough.

I would like to thank everyone for there help. I do not know which way to look. Not sure if she was telling me the truth, did not want to start a fight with her by asking her questions. I really do thank you with the help. My mind has been all over the place with the abortion. Like I said I did not want it. I made the opps and was willing to pay for it. I was brought up to work, not study books. So when it comes to this I am stupid.

I guess my question is. Is there a good chance or a slim chance she could get pregnant.

Given the two choices... likely the lesser.

But one in a million odds mean nothing if you end up being that one person. (no that's not the odds... its way more likely than that)
