My two year old has had very high fever since last night. Its been 103 all morning too? She didn't complain if any aches but I'm not sure if she knows

I also had the stomach flu a couple days ago, could that be the reason she has high fever?

Lots of fluids and children's Tylenol.
Call doctor after a few hours if not down. The dr always wants to know if you tried the above first.
Yes, it could be your stomach flu. No solid foods if so, but you should see signs today if that's what it is. Did you vomit/have diarrhea, or just pain?
