Intermittent lamp out comes on. I checked all lights and all are good. Any ideas? It driving me nuts

Any light that randomly come on is usually at the switch or a short in the wires. Which light is it? Which lights did you check that are good, what is acting up?

None it comes on during day light hours. My ac fan motor stops and restarts also

"none, it comes on during daylight hours?", meaning light or motor.
If the AC fan comes on by it self, it is likely at the switch or a short in the wires.
If you are talking about the fan motor in the engin compartment, that may be a cooling fan and is controlled by a thermostatic switch(On when hot)
