    Freezing properties
I need to fill a container with a liquid that has a low freezing point. I was thinking of using clycerin and water mix. I can not use only water, because water expand when frozen. I need to come up with a cost effective formula to fill my containers. Think of the medical freezing/cold packs that is commercially available. The liquid that I want to use need to retain cold for as long as possible. Any ideas?
