I would think so. Employment urinalysis usually is looking for illegal drug use. Moderate alcohol if you are an adult should not disqualify you. A uribalysis given to someone on probation, etc. might test for a chemical created when alcohol is metabolized, but that test would be excessive for hiring purposes.
Question - why is an employment test checking for alcohol? Drinking alcohol is not illegal - prohibited, perhaps, but not illegal.
There must be more to this.
