My dog is a pit bull and his penis has been dripping blood at first it was not bad but now is a lot worse. Tried to muzzle him to see if he was chewing but it did nothing. He eats blue dog food brand and drinks fine.

Take him to a Vet - I pretty much can't believe this is a serious question.
My advice is do what you would do if your male child was bleeding heavily from the penis. I would assume it would invoive a trip to the Vet
I think half of the problem with the reputation of Pits is the reputation of their owners - this is a prime example.
Sorry, but you asked, and I work in animal rights - again.
WHat did the vet tell you... you did go to the vet, didn't you.
If my dog was bleeding everywhere I'd have taken it right way.
Is he neutered? He could be having prostate problems.. the quick fix would be to neuter him
Is the blood coming from the urethra or from around the penis (inside the sheath?)
I agree that a vet visit is in order.
