Eviction laws for relatives Florida laws
I need to evict my 21 year old son. Does legal aide help with situations like this when you can't afford much. I have already purchased the evictions papers. I need to file them but I don't want to jump through hoops trying to complete them correctly. Also does anyone know how much it costs to evict an adult child. Is it a different price from evicting a tenet who broke a lease?

    HELP! :(

Its exactly the same... you give them 2 weeks notice to leave (all that's required in Florida). Then you file with the court to enforce the eviction.

You wold have to talk with legal aid to see if they would help you.

Why did you already purchase the eviction papers? Have you already given him written notice to vacate. That is the first step. You give him 15 days to move out and you tell him if he doesn't you will then file for an eviction order. If he sees you mean business he may move.

The fees for an eviction are the same no matter who is being evicted. The forms should not be difficult to fill out. If you have any question on how to fill them in let us know.
