My 98 saturn sc2 speedometer, odometer and cruise control isn't working anymore and has a service light with a wrench showing the speed sensor has been replaced I don't know what else to do to fix this

You need to find out what is causing that service light to stay on.
Was the speed sensor replace to try fixing the speedometer? The problem needs diagnosed before any more parts get replaced.

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for codes with a code reader.

. Check VSS connector and VSS. My bet is the VSS is bad and needs replacing--run the tests, just the same.
