    Compare Car Tyres
I need to replace all 4 tyres on my Porsche - they must be N rating so I guess that means Pirelli or Michellin - any info on which gives the best wear rate ?
I know it depends how I drive - but my Michellins have only lasted 12,500 miles - any suggestions much appreciated??

    Many thanks

    What model Porsche?

    I would also compare prices.

I'd go to The Tire Rack's website... I find it really useful to get spec... compare a lot of tires as well as getting road test info... and people personal experience with the tire... absent the marketing hype. I've done it a few times over the years.

Not sure Tire Rack handles "Tyres". Sounds Continental.

You got a point there... I should have caught that.

But they could still research there... but buy local. I think a lot of the name brand tires are internationally available... but I could be wrong

12,500 on a set of tires/tyres? Sounds like NASCAR to me.

Soft compound , high performance tires... high traction comes at a steep cost of treatwear.

Even if you don't drive very aggressively.

Trust me... that is easily concievable... having gone through a lot of performance tires over the years.

Me, too, unfortunately - we have probably screamed past each other in our respective cars at some point in our lives.

    - or we will!
