I have a daughter her name is GRACE P. in birth certificate given from
Cochin corporation. But her school certificate and Aadhar card , Ration card, Bank
Passbook etc... all records is GRACE V P. V is the middile name that means
Our house name is VALOOKKARAN. Noe she is studying in Karnataka. How can add the middile name V? Please help me. >personal contact information removed per site rules.<

You go or mail to where the birth certificate was issued and apply for the change. It costs under $100. At least $30 or more I think. The hospital put an extra e in my sons middle name on his birth certificate. He has everything else without the e and has never has a problem.
