    Blood test
I had blood test with my daughter and her bio dad, which came back 99.999.. positive. He still denies her and refuses to believe its accuracy. He states to others that all black men have the same blood type therefore the tests are inaccurate. I know he is a moron for that statement, but how can I know if the tests were accurate.

Blood test isn't really definative... a DNA test is... why didn't you have a DNA test done.

In fact a DNA test isn't just 99.999%... it puts the odds of it being anyone else at like something greater than one out of a BILLION or more.

Courts accept DNA test results as absolutely definative proof of parenthood.

And you have to convince the court... not them. Once you convince the court.. you get the custody... you get the visitation and you get the child support... they can deny all they want... its not going to matter a hill of beans.

If you had a DNA test done, and it was 99.999, then he is the father.

If you merely had a blood test done, then there is no real proof

I will assume you did a DNA test and he is just stupid, and trying to act like the victiim, I am sure none of his friends believe him,

But who cares, I will assume the DNA test was done for child support, just make him pay and forget him
