Person given guitar by spirit woman and uses it to get money slowly by moving up through the classes (eg from a bar to an upper class hall), then the spirit realises he's using the guitar for money making and takes the guitar away from him, ruining him. I cannot remember the melody at all but I think it was in a rock genre.
