I woke up to all these sore/painfull lumps around my vagina, at first I thought they were pimples, but they are like waaaay to painfull! I'm kind of scared and too embarressed to tell my mom, help?

Time you get over that embarrassment... and talk with her.

Example... what if you woke up one morning and your vagina fell off... how embarrassing would it be to have to carry it to her and say mom... this fell off what do I do now.

Have you been having sex? If you were the possibility of a STD is there... or possibly other things... and whatever it is... its best that it gets treated.

You do realize that whatever this is could get worse and spread. It's time for a talk with Mom and probably a trip to the doctor's office.
