Possible but not likely.

Assuming you are sexually active then it is a possibility though a remote one. Even if you are, it is too soon for symptoms to manifest themselves.

You will need to wait another week and take a test or see your doctor.

Perimenopause is most likely at your age.

I will agree, many women start getting premenopause at 45 or so.

You can wait another week and do a pregnancy test, if not, see if you get next months cycle.
It is also possible that some women just miss a month now and then
