Please advise on oscar test and whether we should go for it. I read blog that first blood test should be taken and basis which Oscar test should be taken or in case there is a history of down syndrome.

As my wife do not have any bad history can we postpone the oscar test until results from blood test.

It would be good to have it done. There does not have to be a familial history for Down's Syndrome for the fetus to have it.
