Lexus 430SC. Has only 33k miles, but is a 2003. Should I change timing belt?
Is the belt worn, looking bad, dry rot ? Cracked ?
Is there a timing problem, is engine not running right ?
Lot of work to change and $$$. Typically mileage based not time.Leave it alone unless it shows signs of wear or cracking.

Yes, they normally should be changed every 90,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first.
