My son's ex-girlfriend has been reported to dss for abuse and neglect.He now stays with me and is on disability.I wanted to know if I could get full custody of my grandchild because I know her life is in jepordy! Please help! Yes,she is still under CPS!

You go to the court and tell them you are interested in full custody, even adoption when it comes down to it. Right now they probably have to go through their procedures, but make it known you want the kid rather than him going into the system.
