    Fluctuating blood pressure
    My wife, who is 56, experienced high blood pressure yesterday, ranging from 214-117 to 147-90 after taking medicine. However, just after waking up this morning, her pressure was 113-61. What are the implications ? Should we return to urgent care or the ER ?

    What meds does she take? She may need... to see if the dr needs to change her meds

    It may be a issue of not taking medication properly, being on wrong medication or dosage,

    No need for ER, or even urgent care, it is time to see her regular doctor, and have it checked.
