violation of the hippa law by doctor
My job asked the doctor to fill out 2 forms because I was going on loa and send them back and they had send the 2 papers back plus all my medical records to them blood type, that I had sex in the last 12 months and didn't use protection. Everything. I never gave permission and my job said they never asked for them and it sat in the fax machine until some body put it in her mail box at work. All test results

They should only send what is pertinent to your work issue

Yeah they should have just filled those 2 papers out. But instead they send everything more then one person had my records at work and told me what it said. And they said we did not ask for none of that.

Sounds like someone in the doctor's office made a mistake. Did they violate HIPAA, yes. So the next question is what do you want to do about it? What is it you want?
