I have a Knot/Lump underneath the skin between my vagina and leg. Its in the crease. I just noticed it last night. (7/11/2013) When I pressed on it, it hurt pretty badly. It's not a pimple or an ingrown hair it feels scary. What could this be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a lymph node or hernia. It could be other things, but I would guess that those are most common.
A femoral hernia is a pouch of intestine that works it's way through the femoral canal or ring, an opening in the fascia that holds your abdominal contents 'in.' But it has that opening for the large femoral vein and artery, and that's when the bowel makes it's escape.
It does need attention because ANY hernia can 'strangulate' and cut off blood supply to itself, causing gangrene - dead tissue.
