    I have not had a sexual relationship since marriage breakup 17 yrs ago. A friend told me that the cervix will have shrunk because of this, is it true. I am about to or hope to take a relationship to next level but now I am worried I won't be able to

    No, it is not true, there are cervix diseases that can cause issues, but not just on own.
