Hi,

I recently got married and applied H4 for my wife. After three months, she doesn't like to live with me, and she has applied for the divorce. How can I cancel the H4 visa? Becoz, after the divorce, I would like to marry another girl and bring her on H4 visa. So the current dependent visa should not hamper the H4 processing of another girl. Please advise me, becoz, guys' life doesn't end with first marriage failure.

So not really marry for love, just marry someone over sea to get a wife?

But just notify them that you are no longer living together and have filed for divorce, once you divorce, send them a copy of the divorce papers, it will be up to immigration to decide how to handle her application after that.

File divorce and when done, submit court order/dissolution of marriage to USCIS to withdraw her H4.
