So I've never posted on this site before but everyone seems really mature and honest so I thought I'd give it a try because I need some help here.

Ok so I've been working with this guy for almost a year and he's always been nice to me and we've been friends since we started working together. At first it was just that, friendly but then it started to get a little more flirty and another coworker even made a comment about it (joking around) and he told me he wasn't flirting with me and I was like OK because I figured it was just him being friendly. Well that was about 8 months ago and since then he started flirting with me a lot more. It's not over the top to where it's weird or anything but he calls me pretty and smiles really big when I see him.

He told be he had a girlfriend right around the time we first met but he just mentioned that fact in casual conversation and that's all he ever does. I don't even know her name and he hardly ever talks about her. I know they've been together for about 3 years but I don't know how close they are now and that 3 years was when they were in high school (they graduated now).

The thing is I think I kind of like this guy and I would like to get to know him better. I just don't know what to do about the fact that he has a girlfriend and he constantly flirts with me and For the record we've never kissed or done anything. What should I do?

If you want a mature answer from a mature woman, I would have to say back off. He is already in a relationship and if he can't respect that, you should.

Leave him alone. He has a girlfriend. He could be just being nice, if he is flirting and has a girlfriend then he is not a cool guy to be doing that. Leave him alone

Stay within the boundaries of good behavior and keep it just friend, and co worker. Never forget he is taken.

He has a girlfriend, that is all that matters. He is off limits, also just think about this? He will flirt with you, and have a girlfriend, if you were his girlfriend, he will do the same with other girls.

I say you back off he has a girlfriend things can end up ugly show him you're not interested he'll leave you alone then.

I always suggesting calling his girlfriend and asking her what she would like you to do - she'll undoubtedly give you an honest answer.
