    Implantation bleeding?
Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for 7 months and this month was finally it! I had the implantation bleeding on the day I was suppose to start my period, which was 3 days ago. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. But now today I have been slightly crampy with pink tinged discharge. Do you think that is still implantation bleeding or do you think something is going wrong(start of miscarriage?) I have a history of endometriosis could that mean my implantation can cause cramps? I am scared and upset and don't know what to do?:o

Call your doctor if you have any concerns. If you get any bright red blood go to the hospital. Cramping in early pregnancy is very common. It may feel like period cramps. My doc informed me that it is the uterus contracting as the baby implants deeper. It is also from the hormones and the fact that your body is changing so much. If the cramps get really bad, also go to the hospital. Otherwise, call your doctor first thing in the morning and let them know what's going on. They will probably want you to come in and get checked out. I hope everything goes well, and congrats!
