Depo can really mess up your cycles. Is this the first time you have had it?

Had it for 6 years

Then things are going to be quite random for the next few months as your body gets used to regulating everything again. Is it normal? As normal as can be expected in my opinion. If this is concerning to you then you should talk to your doctor because they will be able to tell you for sure.
