Almost 2 years ago my mother and aunt were murdered.. The only way the killer didn't find me was because I ran and hid. When I came out of hiding everyone including the killer was dead.. Ever since then my "visions" (awful nightmares that would come true) returned.. When she was alive my mom told me I had a "sixth sense" and knew things about people I've never met, saw and heard things, etc. -fast forward to the present- My boyfriend and I now have a place together and everything WAS great.. But, in the past 4 months things have slowly been going downhill.. I began hearing voices, things began moving, shadows started appearing. Then one day while I was cleaning out our bathroom I accidentally knocked the mirror over (it was mounted on) it didn't break but something fell out of it.. (It was hollow hiding something.. ) It was a bag filled with some black contents and it was the reason the bathroom smelled like absolute death. I freaked out and so did he, we threw it out immediately! But, after discovering that things took a turn for the worse.. Our dog began to bark and state at things that weren't there, shed be afraid to be alone and would cry and she began to get aggressive with us (which is unusual for her she's always so calm). My boyfriend and I began fighting and blaming one another over the littlest of things. He was just sitting there shaking one day apologizing after a fight saying he was so sorry he didn't know what came over him that he was just so unbelievably angry out of nowhere and wanted to harm me.. He's never believed in ghosts but even he's admit he's horrified. We both began to get really sick whenever we're in the house but feel great when we aren't. Being in this house makes me feel extremely tired like I ant do anything at all and I'm usually extremely active. This house makes me want to sleep the day away but once I leave I feel amazing! Sometimes I could be home alone and I'll hear the front door unlock and noises in the kitchen, but the light never comes on, my dog is barking mad and my (locked) doorknob turns.. I called him (just to make sure) and he was still at work.. he was so scared he left early just to make sure I was safe. After coming home from work one day he told me he saw a shadow in the kitchen and thought it was me just to realize that it was too early for me to be home. We heard the last tenants left this place in a rush (there were still some items left behind from them but our landlord moved it for us. My boyfriend thinks the last owners were doing black magic or something bad for this to happen and me to sense it.. Every single night I have the same dream where the shadow tries to break our bedroom wall down and it says "I'll kill everything you love, and once I do.. No one will be able to protect you.. I'm going to ing kill you!" Then the door breaks open and I wake up.. My boyfriend (told me a month ago) told me he's been having strange dreams along the lines of "I saw this demon.. He was chasing you and the puppy.. And I wanted to save you so I threw you out of the door.. And it grabbed me but I screamed at you not to help. I don't know how but I managed to get away and slammed the door shut. He said we ran to the church and the demon said "you can only protect her for so long.. " He began to cry and so did I.. Please help us.. We have no idea what to do anymore.. It just keeps getting worse and worse. We cannot move for we only both just turned 20 and this place is all we have.

So, let's just say everything you described it true and accurate (I'm not saying it's not)... do you think an entity like this is good?

I doubt the entity is good, or at least we don't get the feeling that it is.. We constantly feel as though we're being watched and the shadow appeared last night while he was gone.. It stood by our front door (the main door was open, the screen door was locked). At first I thought it was our neighbor and when I flicked the lights on I realized it wasn't even a person.. It was pretty solid and disappeared when I brought my puppy to the bedroom fearing for our safety. Later I heard noises outside of our front door (I closed the main door now and locked it) I saw the same entity circling our motorcycle.. Then it ran back to the from door. I hid in my room and fell asleep. Around 2am I heard the from door unlock and noises in the kitchen just to realize he still was at work.. (I called him to make sure I didn't panic for nothing)I told him the story and he was pretty scared.. He told me that he planned on taking the bike out earlier in the morning for a joy ride but questioned if he should now after what I saw..
The bag contained what seemed like a broken up black necklace/bracelet of some sort, insects, maggots and other things I couldn't make out. And we also discovered there's an out of place light switch in the bedroom that doesn't affect anything at all but here's the catch. Our neighbor said there used to be an extra room here (there's a house next to ours that's falling apart and gives off a very ominous feeling. Our neighbor said the connection was torn off before the old tenants moved out.. No one believes us and the psychic barely stepped into our house and she already demanded to leave. We really have no other help..

Would consider speaking with a church about the issue?

We've thought about it but they want payment just to look at and bless our home.. We don't have the money to spend like that. The cost of living here is so high we're just managing to get by with what we need. They "understand" out situation but demand a "small fee" I could be wrong but really.. I thought they'd be a little more understanding. I'm Buddhist, and there are no monks that can come to our home and bless it so that's out of the question. (He's catholic so we tried with the closest church first)

Excuse me... what church did you contact that charges to help in a situation such as this? By the way... the Catholic church does not have a monopoly on deliverance.

Agreed, it does sound a bit much. Regardless, nobody should EVER charge a fee... especially a church.

Many churches charge a fee for services. But I think in some cases it might be more punative to charge one because of the nature of the claims being made.

Well, in context I was just referring to this particular type of situation. The idea of a church holding back help for a fee is just unbelievable. For the record, I'm OK if a preacher charges for a wedding, etc...
