Is there a reason you have avoided prenatal care?

I had the same problem. Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and keep looking for a dr. I never found any until I was around 5 and a half months. If worst comes to worst go to the ER when its time. Check where you live for mid wives if they are legal where you live

Someone else more knoledgible on this will have to back me up... but my understanding is if you've had four C sections already... your next one has to be by C-section too... because the uterus walls would not be strong enough for a natural delivery.

Yes and that is my question how do I go about having a c section do I just go to the hospital and explain to them what is going on really scared to go into labor due to all the c sections

First question... do you have any medical insurance?

Waiting until you are in labor to go to the Emergency room might be too late because you might not make it (its a risky gamble how long it would take)

If you have no insurance... I don't know that you can make appointments for something like this in advance...

But be partient... we do have members that work in this field I'm sure will be answering when they are able.

Yes you will have to go to the hospital / ER when its time like smoothy said BEFORE you get to labor, What they going to do leave you on the hospital floor on your own. Hospitals are not allowed to turn anyone away. You can't stay at home and hope for the best. You have to go to the only reasonable place which is the hospital

Yes, go to the hospital... you are getting to the danger stage even without past c-sections.
Pack a bag and sit in the lobby if you have to.

OK... you can try calling the hospital and explain this... possibly even get soemthing booked to be done on your due date BEFORE you actually go into labor which would be a dangerous situation.

Knowing they will get paid means you have a shot at that before it becomes a necessary emergency procedure.

You might want to ask for them to tie your tubes while they are doing the c section too since you are high risk and have these problems. BUT that is entirely your choice, I'm just saying its an option. My 4th was a C and the hospital tied my tubes while they had me cut.

Yes this was my plan but due to having no doctor my insurance won't pay for it had to have papers signed 3 months ago but trust I sure will ask again when they do deliver it

If they will not accept your insurance you can apply for a grant or payment plan. If that does not work you are only required to pay $5.00 a month on a hospital bill (maybe a little more)

The only thing you can do, at this point, is to wait until you go into labor and then go to the hospital. You will be assigned the on-call doctor and you will have a c-section then.

I had a patient with the same situation 2 weeks ago.
