    Tiny white bugs
Yesterday I took my vacuum out of the closet and it was coved with really tiny white bugs. I've been finding them everywhere in the closet today. There really hard to see it looks just like dust but if you look really close you can see them moving. And there in big groups. Plzz help I have an 18 month old at home and I want these bugs gone.

Could be grain mites or bed bugs

They're not bedbugs. Bedbugs are much larger and brown.

Grain mites are a possibility, as both the size of a grain mite (0.017 inch) and the numbers they hatch out in match your description.

The first thing to do is clean your vacuum. Change bags, wash filters, clean the brushes, etc. Then vacuum up all the little bugs so you can find out where new ones are coming from. (Do I need to say clean the vacuum again afterwards?)

Then you can look for the source of the infestation. With a name like grain mites the obvious first suspect is your dry goods. Check flour, meal, cereals and boxes for signs of more mites. Don't forget the baby food and dry pet food.

When you find and dispose of the source, cleaning the area thoroughly is your last step. The ammonia or chlorine based detergents do a good job. If you use soap use enough to get down into the cracks and crannies where eggs might be hidden.
