The divorce was final May 20, 2013 in the divorce papers The Judge said that her attorney was to fill the Qudro papers ASAP as that is what I have to live on here it is July 10 and I have not been able to get ahold of her lawyer he does not have a answering machine or secretary according to my places of retirement and Quadro no papers have been filed yet and according to Quadro they do not deal with two of my retirement funds what is my recourse now I have even went to the court got certified copies of the judgement which cost me 50 dollars and my attorney sent them to her attorney and still nothing is done
