Can I start taking my bp med at evening meal ? I've been taking in the morning but I fall asleep in the daytime/work . I'm 54 225lbs 5'10"

You are better taking it in the morning at breakfast... because when its effects wear off you will be sleeping... and not awake when its going to have the greatest effect.

This is what my doctor explained to me when I was put on them.

If it is putting you to sleep, talk to your doctor, it should not be doing that
