There is no lights on and if I push buttons nothing works? I need help I have to safe 3000 pro. The red light keeps flashing

How do you change batteries? This is a gun safe?

Yes the keypad so I was thinking as well the back up battery. Where can you get one of those?

Most any Alarm, Electrical, and even Home Depot has some sizes.
Most common is 12 Volt 4 Ah, and is usually installed with systems. I usually use the 12 Volt 7 or 7.5 Ah(AmpHour)Batteries for extending Time of Protection during a power outage.

I would look for a plug in transformer, as usually you will have some indication on the keypad, even with a bad battery, so long as it has a working transformer.
