My 4 year old has little bumps on her palms and forearms mostly on her left arm.Nowhere else on her body . She's had them for about 4 days now At bedtime they seem like they almost disapper but in morning there back in seemingly the same spots. We've tried caladryl lotion but only a couple of applications so far
