I had a small heart shape tattoo done on the back my neck.nine months ago. The tattooist did a completely different design to what we agreed. But stupidly I thought its done now ,so saying something won't change it. I keep trying to convince myself to like it as it was symbolic and that's why I had it there. Plus I am not sure really about tattoos on the neck in particular. And the fact that I want to hide rather than show it off, says it all! I don't know what to do. I would be grateful for any advice, thanks!

(1) Have it lasered off;

(2) Get something you can accept tattooed over it.

Well... its not going away... so you only have three possibilities...

#1. You get used to it and live with it,

#2. You get a coverup to hide it... but then, like you said... highly visible location might limit employment opportunities.

#3. You get it removed... Laser removal seems to have the best results. And for small and light colors works very well.
