So every time I open kik on my Samsung galaxy 3, I get a black screen. I tried rebooting my phone, reinstalling the app, cchecking sites to fix it but nothing is working ! Please help, I need to contact some family and friends in other countries. Thank you.

Go to system settings -> apps. Find and select kik messenger in the list. Select force stop, if it's not greyed out, and then select clear data, and clear cache if you can. Try re-opening it after that.
