    Harbour breeze ceiling fans
My ceiling fan only works in reverse and is 100% remote control operated. Any advice on how I can fix this problem?

Above the blade on the round casing mount, mounted on the side is a black switch. Slide it to the oppossite side. Most all fans have a rotation reversing sliding switch.

By 100% do you also mean it reverses by the remote?
    If not see previous reply.
If so then you probably have a bad remote or receiver.

    Hello there,

Did you try troubleshooting the remote, if the above didn't work. Try changing the batteries. Check the dip switches.

Check out this page, it will help you. It takes you through step by step remote troubleshooting for your Harbor Breeze ceiling fan (or any ceiling fan remote really).
