Yes, it's possible. Sometimes it takes another person to get it out, sorry, even at a clinic. They are used to it. It's not easy to do yourself, and if you don't have a sexual partner, who are you going to ask? Too embarrassing in our society, for the most part. If you have an enema bag you could fill it with warm water and a little shampoo and see if that helps move it down toward a reachable spot. You could even go buy one, or try a cheaper bulb syringe, also at any drugstore. Or a turkey baster!
